The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Singapore. Work is 4 days in the office (Tue–Fri) with 1 day from home (Mon), from 8.30am to 5pm. The role handles purchase orders, order processing, shipments, and vendor coordination from Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Requirements include a minimum of O Level, at least 5 years in a similar role, and solid SAP knowledge. Eligible candidates will coordinate with multiple markets and freight partners to ensure timely delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on delivery schedules.
• Process customer sales orders, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on import/export shipment clearance, pickup and delivery; source best freight rates.
• Coordinate with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handle country markets including China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Sales Coordinator

Salary Range: $ 3300 to $ 3500 + $ 220 Allowance

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders to suppliers and carry out close follow-up on the delivery schedule.
• Processing customer sales order, arrange shipment and invoicing.
• Update shipment status to consignees.
• Communicate with freight forwarders / courier company on clearing, pickup and delivery of import and export shipment. Source for the best freight and transport rates.
• Coordinator with store for confirmed orders from customers.
• Handling Country Market like China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
