Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Singapore. The role handles customer inquiries via phone and email, reviews specifications, and coordinates order processing. It requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with SAP or related systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand technical specifications and industrial products.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Review customer specifications and advise on suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, proposals, and coordinate order processing.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, and internal teams for order fulfilment.
• Provide basic technical product support and clarifications to customers.
• Handle feedback, service issues and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with invoicing, documentation, and administrative duties.

Position: Customer Service Coordinator (SAP/ Industrial Products/Order Processing)

Location: Upper Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13-minute walk)

Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $4,500 + AWS

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.


• Review customer specifications and evaluate suitable products and engineering solutions.


• Prepare quotations, RFQs, technical proposals, and coordinate order processing activities.


• Liaise closely with customers, sales, operations, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.


• Provide basic technical product support and clarification to customers.


• Handle customer feedback, service issues, and maintain accurate customer records.


• Support invoicing, documentation, and administrative duties as required.


• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.


• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Technical Support, or Industrial Product Sales preferred.


• Able to understand technical specifications, engineering drawings, and industrial products.
