Qualifications

• Ability to understand technical specifications and industrial products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Review customer specifications and advise on suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, RFQs, proposals, and coordinate order processing.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, and internal teams for order fulfilment.
• Provide basic technical product support and clarifications to customers.
• Handle feedback, service issues and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with invoicing, documentation, and administrative duties.
