Job summary

TWOONE MEDICAL PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Clinic Assistant at West Family Clinic in Singapore.

You will support patient registration, scheduling, payments and filing to ensure a smooth patient journey and accurate records. This role involves assisting doctors with basic procedures and maintaining a well-run clinic. Qualifications

• Prior experience in a GP clinic or healthcare setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, meticulous, proactive and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using computers and learning clinic management software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, according to the clinic's operating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointments, walk-ins and enquiries.
• Handle patient registration, payments, billing and insurance or corporate claims.
• Assist doctors with basic clinical procedures, including vital signs measurement.
• Dispense medications according to the doctor's instructions and clinic protocols.
• Manage clinic inventory, including medications, vaccines and medical supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper filing and documentation.
• Ensure the clinic is clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and administrative duties.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Comply with clinic SOPs, patient confidentiality requirements and infection control practices.
