Hiring for customer service admin cum quality control assistant

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm (work from home)

Salary: $1800-$3000 (depending on experience and skills)

Job scope:
  • To assist with keying in customer orders and sales orders in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers on delivery of orders
  • Understanding product information to share with customers
  • Assist with office administrative tasks and data entry
  • Oversee quality control of company's products sold to customers
  • Attend to quality issues and customer complaints
  • May need to travel down to customers' office for meetings and investigating quality issues
