Job summary

Dimensions International College Pte. Ltd invites applications for Customer Service Executives across multiple Singapore locations (Kovan, Holland, Tampines, Orchard). The role handles front-line enquiries, enrolment administration, orientation, and event coordination in a student-focused environment.

The ideal candidate communicates confidently, is a proactive team player, and is willing to work extended hours including alternate Saturdays to support events and open houses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls or face to face.
• Administration of enrolment; including preparation of documentations.
• Conduct orientation.
• Providing customers with details and information on course enquiries.
• Liaise with parents on students' matters.
• Operational duties of Customer Service department.
• Coordinating and marketing of activities including road shows, preview talks and exhibitions.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management

Hiring: Customer Service Executives!

Various locations available: Kovan / Holland / Tampines / Orchard

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, alternate Sat 9am-1pm

Salary range: $2300-$3200 per month (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls or face to face
• Administration of enrolment; including preparation of documentations
• Conduct orientation
• Providing customers with details and information on course enquiries
• Liaise with parents on students' matters
• Operational duties of Customer Service department
• Coordinating and marketing of activities including road shows, preview talks and exhibitions
• Other duties as assigned by the Management
