Job summary

CSC Enterprise (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to plan and coordinate the PR programme for the project.

You will handle enquiries, liaise with residents, consultants and authorities, and take proactive steps to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities. Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
• Possess the WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification.
• Good communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, and mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders to understand their preferences and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues and other departments.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
