Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations supervisor for a construction project in Singapore. You will plan PR programmes, coordinate with residents, consultants and authorities, and handle inquiries and complaints related to the project.

The role requires 1-2 years of PR experience and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will liaise with contractors to mitigate issues and support general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1-2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
• Good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle inquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities, and mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Deal with requests and complaints from the public.
• Oversee internal and external publication and communication activities.
• Work closely with contractors to mitigate construction-related complaints.
• File and maintain up-to-date records for quick retrieval.
• Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as required.
