CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations support role in Singapore to plan and coordinate PR activities for a project. You will respond to inquiries, manage feedback, and build solid relationships with residents, consultants, authorities, vendors, and colleagues.

The role emphasizes proactive customer service, effective communication, and flexible handling of ad-hoc tasks. Previous PR exposure is preferred, with WSQ Level 1 Service Excellence certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Level with 1–2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
• Possess the WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or equivalent.
• Good communication skills; strong organizational and time management.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and work schedules.
• Knowledge of industry-specific products or services (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate PR programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback with residents, consultants and authorities, mitigating complaints.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in-person.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders to understand preferences and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues and other departments.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
