CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a capable Public Relations Officer to support PR programmes for the project. You will coordinate communications and respond to inquiries, ensuring timely, respectful engagement with residents, consultants, and authorities.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.
• Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or equivalent.
• Good communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and schedules.
• Knowledge of industry-specific products or services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate PR programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants, authorities, mitigating complaints arising from construction activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, or in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, colleagues and other departments; provide admin support as needed.

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities etc. and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or in-person interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,vendors,stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements, and feedback
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues, and other departments within the organization
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Requirements

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
• Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification.
