Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Relations liaison for a construction project in Singapore. The role involves planning and coordinating the PR programme, handling enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants, authorities, and the public, and mitigating complaints arising from construction activities.

The incumbent will work closely with contractors, maintain records, and provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of public relations experience.
• Preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, to work closely with residents, consultants and authorities, and mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public.
• Overall in-charge and responsible for internal and external publication and communication issues.
• Working closely with all contractors to mitigate all complaints arising from construction activities.
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc jobs if required.
