Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE A/O level with minimum 2 years of public relations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva software.
• A pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project
• Communicate and work with coordination and construction team; aware of construction activities and planned schedule; identify affected parties
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents, consultants and authorities; mitigate complaints
• Establish contacts with property owners and occupants nearby
• Be familiar with all affected parties and those interested in the Project
• Reach out to constituents for feedback, complaints and mitigation measures
• Act as first contact point of communication with third parties for complaints and feedback
• Draft survey forms and gather survey feedback on Project Construction Works
• Draft and develop posters for circulation to affected premises
• Establish a good reputation of the project
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required
