Job summary

HENG SHENG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Junior Public Relations/Communications Officer to support site activities.

You will handle complaints, coordinate with Contractors, Project Manager, Consultants, Residents and Authorities, and help manage the project’s public image. Responsibilities include reporting PR matters to management, conducting surveys at residential properties, updating records, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): HIP or ELUP experience, Public Relationship Officer
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• To handle complaints or feedback and take remedial actions
• To work closely with all relevant parties such as Contractors, Project Manager, Consultants, Residents, Authorities, etc and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• To liaise and coordinate with these parties in regards to the project
• To formulate and implement public relations matters pertaining to the project.
• To report/update the management on public relations matters at site.
• Conduct surveys at residential properties, including data collection and follow-up.
• To update and maintain all records.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
