Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a customer relations supervisor to plan and coordinate the PR programme for the project and handle enquiries with a proactive approach. You'll work closely with residents, consultants and authorities, providing responsive service across phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• GCE A Level with 1–2 years in customer relations
• WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence Level 1 or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Flexible to changing schedules
• Knowledge of industry products is a plus

• Planning and coordinating PR programme for the project
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project
• Work closely with the relevant parities such as residents, consultants and authorities and take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, social media, or in-person interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders to understand their preferences, requirements and feedback
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, stakeholders, colleagues and other departments within the organization
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Requirements

• GCE 'A' Level with 1 to 2 years of customer relations experience, preferably in building trade as BSC supervisor
• Possess the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Certificate in Service Excellence (Level 1) or an equivalent certification
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and work schedules
• Knowledge of industry-specific products or services (preferred)
