Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face and voice of the firm—polished, professional, and unmistakably confident.
  • Deliver platinum-level client experience from first contact to final handshake.
  • Manage front-desk operations with precision, personality, and purpose.
  • Support the team with administrative coordination (from prepping meeting rooms to managing the firm’s library resources to liaison for firm events)
Requirements
  • Professional demeanour and can command a room the second you say “Good morning.”
  • Excellent customer service skills - can juggle clients, calls, calendars, and curveballs without dropping your cool.
  • Proactive personality and thrives in an environment where urgency isn’t a request—it’s the default.
  • Positive work ethics, mature and confident
  • Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
