Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage orders for key customers within the division. You will handle order statuses, inquiries, back orders, proofs of delivery, and expedites to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Good knowledge of order management systems, preferably SAP or Oracle system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and returns for key customers, monitor order status and inquiries.
• Adjust orders in SAP/Oracle and monitor shipment schedules; coordinate with suppliers and logistics center.
• Support system migration and integration for all division orders.
• Review purchase order requirements to ensure compliance with corporate terms.
• Answer calls and use Salesforce to resolve order-related customer complaints.
