The role involves assisting users with IT inquiries via email or phone, drafting professional responses, and troubleshooting basic IT issues. Candidates should possess basic IT knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. Availability on weekends and rotating 12-hour shifts are required.

We are looking for Customer IT Support Representative for call centre environment.

Description

• Assist user with IT enquires via email or phone
• Provide interim reply (by phone call/email)
• Able to draft professional email respond back to user
• Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/ install/ uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
• Basic knowledge of PC & software troubleshooting
