Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Customer Experience Executive in Singapore to deliver a positive, consistent experience across customer touchpoints. You will be the main contact for inquiries, complaints, and service requests, collaborating with sales, operations, logistics, and finance to resolve issues and support order processing.

The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to customer retention.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficient computer skills including ERP, Outlook, Access, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback through appropriate communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, operations, logistics, or finance to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Support order processing, service delivery coordination, and after-sales follow-up where required.
• Participate in night calls if any with US headquarters if needed.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
