Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, customer operations, order management, or sales support.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for order processing and customer management.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, amendments, returns, exchanges, and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, billing, orders, and services.
• Prepare and process debit notes, credit notes, and other customer-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Track, analyse, and prepare reports on customer service performance, order fulfilment, and key operational metrics.
• Manage daily workflow priorities, coordinate schedules, and ensure tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence.
