Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher degree.
• Tele-profiling or tele-marketing experience is advantageous.
• Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data profiling of prospects and contacts from target accounts.
• Update and track performance in SFDC.
• Handle online chat requests and tele-prospecting tasks.
• Deliver results with integrity and adaptable to sales processes.
