Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or higher in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of related customer support experience; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify needs, researching issues to provide strategic solutions that address customer needs while clarifying any confusion.
• Ensure first contact resolution and timely follow-up with service partners and internal teams to close cases.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with proper processes.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Quality Management at TDCX.
