Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of home appliances to assist customers.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Google Sheets for data management.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Verbal and written communication skills to handle interactions professionally.
• Leadership skills to manage relationships with customers and teams.
• Willingness to work 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and messages to resolve inquiries and promote additional products or services.
• Assist walk-in customers with accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Liaise with key personnel from partner brands to facilitate smooth communication and service operations.
• Enter completed job details accurately into the data management system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Support team members with ad-hoc assignments to contribute to overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
