Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and above with experience in service coordination, customer service, or sales administration etc.
• Experience in handling inquiries via phone/email and basic admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily incoming calls and emails.
• Log and delegate service calls to technicians through the CRM system.
• Monitor and follow up on escalated service cases, ensuring timely actions and resolution.
• Administer and maintain service operations.
• Support service contract administration.
