Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or fax, ensuring actions are taken and followed up.
• Schedule and prioritize service requests to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors, and relevant parties for timely service completion.
• Maintain and document service records, ensuring reports and customer feedback are recorded.
• Provide regular updates and reports on customer accounts to the Service Manager.
• Monitor recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance service quality.
• Identify opportunities for additional services based on feedback.
• Assist in customer audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
• Prepare service request forms, purchase orders, and shipping forms.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of projects and service work for personnel.
• Process company equipment warranty claims.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
