Job summary

Goodpack is seeking an Assistant Customer Experience Manager in Singapore to manage strategic customer accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive operational excellence across order fulfilment and supply chain processes.

You will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve service performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background in supply chain management including planning, operations, logistics, inventory, and process improvement.
• Good working attitude with urgency to accomplish defined goals.
• Some customer account management experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability; open and flexible mindset.
• Proven account management or relevant experience.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Hands-on approach in managing customer service activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
• Manage Customer Demand Forecast, Orders & Shipment Information Data
• Prepare regular reports and reviews with customer on Demand Forecasting, OTD, Quality, Lost Sales Revenue, Extended Hire, Damaged Bins etc.
• Continuously seeking improvement on service level KPIs.
• Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Prepare regular internal management reports on account activities: eg OTD, Extended Hire, Damage Bins etc.
