Aureus Group is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to promote Aureus Group's programmes and provide recommendations to leads and customers to keep our company competitive and innovative.

In this role, you will handle outbound calls, drive lead generation and enrollments, respond to inquiries, support centre growth, and contribute to events, with a fast-paced, friendly team culture and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in customer service.
• Availability to work retail hours and weekends.
• Strong English communication; bilinguals a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Excellent problem-solving.
• Positive, extroverted with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily.
• Hit monthly targets for lead generation and enrolments.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly.
• Assist in sales activities and events.
• Support Centre Team to ensure healthy growth and reduce turnover.
• Maintain or exceed conversion targets for trials to enrolments.
• Assist in teacher growth plans to hit monthly targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• General Administration.
