Aureus Group is seeking Centre Managers to lead a team of Customer Service Executives in driving growth and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote programmes, manage leads, and mentor staff to meet targets across the centre.

The role requires strong organisation, sales acumen, and extensive product knowledge to drive enrolments while ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English (bilingual/trilingual an advantage).
• Goal-driven with ability to prioritise tasks that grow the centre.
• Positive, extroverted, outgoing personality with passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing sales calls daily to promote programmes.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, enrolments, and conversion targets.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet targets.
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct sales activities/events to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Retain customers by solving problems and maintaining service quality.
• Support centre growth by managing turnover and ensuring high closure rates.
• Plan and execute growth plans for teachers to hit monthly targets.
