Aureus Group in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused sales/heritage coordinator to promote programmes and convert leads. You will handle outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and support events to drive enrolments.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing sales calls and promote programmes to potential leads.
• Meet monthly lead generation and enrolment targets set by management.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Support sales activities and events to improve lead generation.
• Assist Centre Team to ensure healthy growth and reduce student turnover.
• Maintain or exceed closure/conversion rates for trials to enrolments.
• Assist in teacher growth planning to hit monthly targets.
• Perform other duties and general administration as required.
