About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Senior Technical Consultant to serve as a hybrid Implementation Specialist and Technical Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ranging from requirements gathering and architecture to custom development, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will design and develop complex CRM applications, portals, and back-end interfaces using .NET, C#, and Power Platform. This is a client-facing technical role where you will provide onsite support, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality delivery for both Government and Private sector projects.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop custom CRM solutions, portals, and back-end applications using CRM SDK, C#, .NET, and Power Platform

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to validate business cases; prepare functional and technical specification documents; and build prototypes as needed

• Develop interfaces via .NET web services (SOAP/REST) and APIs; configure Microsoft IIS; and manage integrations with Azure or AWS cloud environments

• Implement complex business logic using Plugins, Workflows, and Asynchronous Processes; manage Mailbox setups, Server-Side Synchronization, and Security Roles/Teams

• Design test scripts, identify bottlenecks/bugs, and execute cutover procedures for MS Dynamics CRM deployments following strict SLAs and timelines

• Provide technical guidance to team members, deliver end-user training, manage customer relationships, and resolve technical concerns onsite

• Assist in preparing project status reports, timelines, and budgets; ensure code quality and version control using TFS

About you

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (both On-Premises and Online)

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Portals

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS

• Proficient in C# (Object-Oriented Programming) and .NET Framework

• Deep knowledge of CRM SDK, Plugins, Workflows, Asynchronous Processes, and troubleshooting CRM servers

• Experience with SOAP/REST web services, Microsoft IIS configuration, and TFS (Team Foundation Server) for code versioning

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

• Strong communication skills for onsite support, requirement gathering, and training delivery

• Ability to work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile environments

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer or Power Platform certifications
