Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise CRM solutions. You will work hands-on with C#, .NET and Dynamics CRM SDK, integrate external systems, and provide technical consulting across the implementation lifecycle.

The role requires 6+ years of Dynamics experience, plus strong Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Portals) and cloud experience (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 On-Premises and Online experience.
• 3+ years of Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Portals).
• 3+ years with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience across the full SDLC in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM Developer to design, implement, enhance and support enterprise CRM solutions. The role combines hands-on development with CRM implementation and technical consulting. You will work closely with users, project teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop customized Dynamics 365 solutions, integrate external systems and support applications throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Development & Implementation

• Design, develop and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using C#, .NET and Dynamics CRM SDK .
• Develop CRM backend components, portals, web services and system integrations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 based on functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and troubleshoot workflows, plugins and asynchronous processes .
• Configure and maintain CRM security roles, teams, mailboxes and server-side synchronization .
• Support Dynamics 365 deployment, cutover and production implementation activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other members of the project team.

Requirements & Solution Design

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with users and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess business requirements and recommend appropriate CRM solutions.
• Develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts where required.

Testing & Application Support

• Perform system configuration, testing and deployment.
• Develop and execute test scripts and resolve application defects.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, system errors and CRM-related technical problems.
• Maintain application performance, reliability and code quality.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Support both implementation and ongoing maintenance projects.

User & Customer Support

• Prepare user training materials and conduct system training when required.
• Provide onsite support where necessary.
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical and application-related issues.
• Support service delivery in accordance with agreed service levels.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience with strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premises and Dynamics 365 Online .
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Portals .
• At least 3 years of experience working with AWS or Microsoft Azure .
• Strong development experience using C# and .NET , with good understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience developing and integrating SOAP and REST web services/APIs .
• Good knowledge of Microsoft IIS configuration and administration.
• Experience with source/version control tools such as TFS or equivalent .
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Able to support implementation, maintenance and customer-facing projects.
