Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
• .NET Development experience using C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting, production support, and application maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Change Requests (CRs) and system enhancements.
• Perform Dynamics 365 customizations based on evolving business requirements.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security models.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflow extensions.
• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and Power BI reports.
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and system performance optimization.
• Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for enhancement requests.
• Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system integration documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and public-sector technology standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMDeveloper to support application maintenance, enhancement, customization, and change request development for enterprise business applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dynamics365 CRM Development, .NET technologies, REST API integrations, and experienced delivering ongoing application support, enhancements, and customizations within large-scale enterprise environments. Prior experience supporting PublicSector/Government projects is highly preferred.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
