About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Senior Technical Consultant to serve as a hybrid Implementation Specialist and Technical Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ranging from requirements gathering and architecture to custom development, deployment, and post-go-live support. You will design and develop complex CRM applications, portals, and back-end interfaces using .NET, C#, and Power Platform. This is a client-facing technical role where you will provide onsite support, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality delivery for both Government and Private sector projects.
Key responsibilities
Architect and develop custom CRM solutions, portals, and back-end applications using CRM SDK, C#, .NET, and Power Platform
Lead requirements gathering sessions to validate business cases; prepare functional and technical specification documents; and build prototypes as needed
Develop interfaces via .NET web services (SOAP/REST) and APIs; configure Microsoft IIS; and manage integrations with Azure or AWS cloud environments
Implement complex business logic using Plugins, Workflows, and Asynchronous Processes; manage Mailbox setups, Server-Side Synchronization, and Security Roles/Teams
Design test scripts, identify bottlenecks/bugs, and execute cutover procedures for MS Dynamics CRM deployments following strict SLAs and timelines
Provide technical guidance to team members, deliver end-user training, manage customer relationships, and resolve technical concerns onsite
Assist in preparing project status reports, timelines, and budgets; ensure code quality and version control using TFS
About you
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (both On-Premises and Online)
Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Portals
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
Proficient in C# (Object-Oriented Programming) and .NET Framework
Deep knowledge of CRM SDK, Plugins, Workflows, Asynchronous Processes, and troubleshooting CRM servers
Experience with SOAP/REST web services, Microsoft IIS configuration, and TFS (Team Foundation Server) for code versioning
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills for onsite support, requirement gathering, and training delivery
Ability to work effectively in both Waterfall and Agile environments
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer or Power Platform certifications
