Oneness Holdings is hiring to develop and enhance ZingKey’s CRM platform with a strong focus on B2B sales workflows and operations. You will build CRM capabilities across the entire sales cycle, including lead capture, qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure.

You will define CRM object relationships, support pipeline management, forecasting, and automation, and collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, IS, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of CRM, SalesTech, or B2B SaaS product experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes: Lead, Opportunity, Pipeline, Forecasting.
• Ability to design configurable, scalable CRM solutions across business rules.
• Strong business analysis and product design skills; create PRDs, workflows, prototypes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and enhance ZingKey’s CRM platform focused on B2B sales workflows and operations.
• Build CRM capabilities across the full sales cycle: lead capture, qualification, pipeline progression, deal closure.
• Define relationships and workflows between Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities.
