Job summary

Pepper Cloud is looking for a target-driven Sales and Support Executive to drive growth, manage client relationships, and expand channels for its AI CRM platform. The role includes product demos, lead follow-ups, onboarding support, and representing the company at client meetings and events.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or BD, experience in SaaS/CRM, and fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals and retain customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin/English.
• Experience in SaaS, CRM or tech sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to close deals.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets (value and volume).
• Develop new sales channels and opportunities, including partners and distributors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Onboarding to ensure smooth adoption and retention.
