Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a CRM-focused product professional to develop and enhance ZingKey’s CRM platform with a strong emphasis on B2B sales workflows and sales operations.

You will build CRM capabilities across the full sales cycle, from lead capture to deal closure, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, UI/UX, Engineering and QA teams to translate real-world needs into scalable features. Prior CRM/SalesTech experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, SalesTech or B2B SaaS products preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, particularly Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management and Sales Forecasting.
• Able to understand different sales models, business rules and operational workflows, and design CRM solutions that are configurable and scalable.
• Strong business analysis and product design skills, with the ability to independently develop PRDs, workflows and prototypes.
• Comfortable working across customers, Sales, Implementation, UI/UX, Engineering and QA teams to bring product requirements through to release.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ZingKey’s CRM platform with a strong focus on B2B sales workflows and sales operations.
• Build CRM capabilities across the full sales cycle, from lead capture and qualification to opportunity management, pipeline progression and deal closure.
• Define how key CRM objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Activities work together across different sales scenarios.
• Design solutions for pipeline management, customer follow-ups, tasks and reminders, quotations, approvals, sales forecasting and workflow automation.
• Work directly with customers, Sales and Implementation teams to understand how businesses manage their sales processes and translate common needs into scalable CRM features.
• Develop customer engagement capabilities across Email, WhatsApp Business, Telephony and Web Forms, together with the required CRM integrations.
• Build sales dashboards, pipeline analytics, conversionfunnels and forecasting capabilities that help sales teams and managers track performance and make better decisions.
• Identify practical applications of AI across the sales journey, such as Lead Scoring, conversation summaries, sales recommendations, automated follow-ups and AI Sales Assistants.
• Produce PRDs, user stories, workflows and prototypes, and work closely with UI/UX, Engineering and QA through development, testing and release.
