Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Regulatory Response Analyst, Sinhala Speaking, within Trust & Safety to investigate incidents and coordinate timely responses to regulatory inquiries.

You will collaborate with Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering to manage crises, analyze trends and deliver actionable post‑mortems that improve processes.

The role demands resilience, comfort with global hours (including weekends on rotation) and a strong commitment to user safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 3+ years in Trust & Safety, incident, risk or crisis management.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-team communication skills.
• Fluency in Sinhala (spoken and written) for Sinhala-speaking markets.
• Proven ability to drive change from conception to execution.
• Knowledge of social media safety and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents across channels and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to handle crises.
• Analyze incident trends and data to improve processes and policies.
• Lead cross-functional post-mortems and produce actionable insights.
