Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Regulatory Response Analyst based in Singapore to coordinate responses to major Trust & Safety regulatory incidents. You will work with Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and data analytics skills, with a willingness to work non-standard hours to support global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 3+ years in Trust & Safety Operations or incident/risk/crisis management roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with different teams.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of driving change.

Responsibilities

• Investigate reported incidents across multiple channels for TikTok and coordinate response to global partners inquiries.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering) to handle crises.
• Analyze incident trends and data to improve incident processes and drive policy/product improvements.
• Lead cross-functional post-mortems and produce actionable insights.
• Be flexible with global working hours and support weekend rotations.
