Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Crewing Executive in Singapore to support crew mobilization and work-permit processes.

The role offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,000 to 4,000 and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm at the Pandan Road office in Clementi. You will coordinate with agents, vessel owners and customers to assemble permits, letters of support, crew documents and travel arrangements, while maintaining records such as CVs and offshore certificates, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating with agents, vessel owners and travel documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with appointed agent on the work permit application and provide update the Head on the progress.
• Liaise with customer to obtain support letter for the work permit application.
• Coordinate with Vessel owners to obtain crew list and compilation all required crew documents.
• Work closely with the person in charge on the Project Personnel document compilation.
• Arrange offshore medical examinations with clinic for offshore medical check
• Submission of clinic invoices to Finance for payment process.
• Coordinate with HR on Project Personnel travel arrangement for work permit application or T&I campaign when required.
• Maintain and update of Project personnel CVs.
• Keep up-to-date record of Project personnel documents, such as Bosiet, offshore medical and other training certificate, etc. and arrange for renewal before expiry
