Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Crewing Executive in Singapore to support work permit coordination and crew document management. You will liaise with agents, vessel owners, and customers to compile and track required paperwork.

The role requires 1–2 years of project coordination experience and offers regular office hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm) at our Pandan Road office. Preference for meticulous candidates with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with crew documents and work permits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with agent on work permit applications and update Head on progress.
• Liaise with customers to obtain support letters for work permits.
• Coordinate crew lists and document compilation with vessel owners.
• Assist on Project Personnel document compilation with supervisor.
• Arrange offshore medical examinations and process clinic invoices.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for work permits or campaigns.
• Maintain and update project personnel CVs and training certificates.
