Blue Energy Ship Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Crewing Executive in Singapore to manage end-to-end crew recruitment and deployment, ensuring vessels are properly manned and compliant with international regulations.

You will join a team that prioritizes crew welfare, safety, and operational efficiency, supporting relationships with agencies and managing payroll and deployment plans.

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent in maritime studies, logistics, HR management, or related field.
• 2–3 years in crewing, maritime ops, or related role.
• Good understanding of STCW.
• Familiarity with Singapore maritime regulations and MPA requirements.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

Blue Energy Ship Management is seeking a Crewing Executive to manage end-to-end crew recruitment and deployment processes. You will ensure our vessels are manned effectively and in compliance with international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with crewing agencies to support recruitment needs.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to meet company standards.
• Verify crew qualifications, certifications, and compliance with STCW.
• Liaise with manning agents on crew contract matters.
• Monitor validity of crew certifications, contracts, and work permits.
• Coordinate crew changes and ensure vessels are adequately manned.
• Develop and maintain deployment schedules and crew movement plans.
• Manage and process crew payroll accurately.
• Handle day-to-day administrative matters including leave and grievance management.
• Track and monitor crew personnel and training records.
• Monitor MPA circulars and assess impact on crewing operations.
• Coordinate with travel agencies on crew flight bookings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, HR Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in crewing, maritime operations, or related role.
• Good understanding of STCW Convention.
• Familiarity with Singapore maritime regulations and MPA requirements.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with DNV GL Ship Manager is an advantage.
