Job summary

Blue Energy Ship Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical & Marine Operation Assistant to support our Technical and Marine departments. You will assist in planning repair projects, coordinating service engineers, and supporting regulatory compliance.

At Blue Energy, you will gain hands-on experience in technical and marine operations, working alongside experienced professionals to contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in a technical or marine coordinating role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing repair projects, including site visits.
• Prepare specifications and assist in evaluating tenders.
• Support dry-docking and major repair coordination.
• Track fleet service arrangements and maintain records.
• Coordinate service engineer schedules and logistics.
• Assist with audits, surveys, and fleet management updates.
• Monitor vessel compliance with designated navigation routes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Help prepare and manage operational budgets.
• Support regulatory compliance and claim management.
