Job summary

HL Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage security documentation, credit reporting, and risk controls. The role collaborates with Relationship Managers and Credit Risk to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

You will participate in major departmental projects, mentor junior staff, and support operations leadership in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant finance or business field.
• Good understanding of credit docs and security collateral processes.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and risk controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and craft security documentation and ensure pre-disbursement conditions are met.
• Review monthly regulatory and internal reports and prepare slides for Credit Committee.
• Monitor collateral values, margin calls, and compliance with credit covenants.
• Lead inter-departmental projects to improve efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Risk to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
• Support Head of Credit Admin & Loan Operations in daily duties and ad-hoc tasks.
