Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; minimum 5 years in risk analytics and credit policy.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Excellent communication and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new or revising existing credit policy.
• Monitor portfolio credit risk to analyze trends and root causes, including origination, risk migration, and performance vintages.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and lead initiatives (e.g., scorecard development) to improve underwriting and manage risk.
• Maintain knowledge of lending regulations to ensure compliance and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
