Job summary

HL Bank Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to manage security documentation, credit reporting, and control activities within its Private Banking and credit facilities framework. The role requires coordinating with valuers, solicitors, insurers and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely processing of securities and related disclosures.

You will review and maintain documentation, oversee collateral structures, and support audit and risk control processes across the bank’s credit

Responsibilities

• Review and craft Letters of Offer, Supplementary Letters of Offer and security documentation in accordance with approved terms and conditions for private banking.
• Ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are met before activating credit facilities.
• Liaise with valuers, solicitors and other external parties on valuation, perfection and registration of security for local and overseas properties and other collaterals.
• Liaise with insurance companies on assignment of life, fire and credit insurance policies and release of assignment as required.
• Track ageing for return of facility and security documents for safekeeping.
• Approve implementation, changes and cancellation of credit facilities and collateral maintenance and loan drawdowns / limit changes / redemptions.
• Review monthly regulatory and head office reports including ad hoc reports.
• Review the valuation of collaterals and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly Credit Committee packs and minutes of meetings.
• Update SOPs and risk controls; support audits with documentation.
