Job summary

Maybank in Singapore is seeking a Credit Documentation Executive to support end-to-end credit documentation for corporate and commercial lending facilities. You will work with Relationship Managers, Credit teams, and external counsel to ensure accurate, compliant documentation and timely execution.

You will review documents from internal forms and external lawyers, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure monitoring of expiry dates and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate banking documentation and credit administration.
• Strong risk and control awareness in banking operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Letters of Offer for Business Units and respond to queries promptly.
• Review standard forms, documents from external lawyers, and BU submissions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with BU, insurers, and external lawyers to complete loan documentation on time.
• Ensure conditions precede approvals are met before issuing compliance certification.
• Update covenants and expiry dates in the documentation system and monitor reports.
• Support loan facilities redemption, discharge of securities, and related documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity and service levels.
