Job summary

Skylink Holdings Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to strengthen credit control and collections. You will monitor invoices, chase overdue payments, and review aging reports to prioritize high-risk accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate records.

Collaborating with sales and customer service teams, you will negotiate payment plans, issue reminders, and escalate when necessary while upholding company policy.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and credit control.
• Ability to negotiate with customers and settle disputes professionally.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software, with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor due and overdue invoices, and follow up by phone, email, written correspondence, and in person.
• Review aging reports regularly and prioritize high-risk and high-value accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans within company policy and secure written commitments.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes with sales, customer service, and customers, and settle billing discrepancies promptly.
• Issue reminders, final notices, and letters of demand.
• Recommend accounts for credit hold, stop supply, escalation, or legal action, and prepare documents for lawyers or tribunals when needed.
