Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control lead to oversee daily AR operations and support month-end closings in Singapore. You will work with the Finance Manager and Sales teams to balance credit risk with business growth.

The role requires hands-on AR experience, credit reviews, and development of risk controls, with SAP and Excel proficiency. You will drive process improvements and coach junior staff in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AR and credit control, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on AR operations, collections, ageing analysis, payment trend analysis, and reconciliations.
• Experience reviewing customer credit, setting limits, and risk management actions.
• Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills; process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR operations with the Finance Manager.
• Process invoices, collections, customer receipts, and reconciliations timely.
• Support month-end closing and maintain AR records' integrity.
• Monitor AR performance and ensure internal controls compliance.
• Conduct customer credit reviews and assess financial standing.
• Recommend credit facilities and limit revisions for approvals.
• Manage overdue accounts and implement collections strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales to balance growth with risk management.
• Analyze ageing reports and payment trends to identify risks.
• Prepare management reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation to boost efficiency.
• Coach junior staff and assist workload planning.
