Job Description

Our client in event management is looking for an innovative and visionary Creative Manager to produce compelling content and brand experiences. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong leadership skills, and the ability to project manage.

Responsibilities
  1. Creative Design:
    Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for event themes, branding collateral, exhibition booth designs, and display materials, ensuring alignment with corporate identity. Design and produce simple animation for event transition slides and digital displays, ensuring a smooth and engaging visual experience. Design event materials (e.g. electronic direct mailers, brochures, banners) that effectively communicate the event's message and design event spaces (e.g. stages, booths, user experience and circulation) to immerse guests in a cohesive and seamless experience.
  2. Artwork Management:
    Oversee all design projects, managing tasks such as artwork adaptations, amendments, and resizing as required for various formats. Work closely with external vendors (e.g., printers, suppliers, builders) to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion or the deliverables.
  3. Deadline Management:
    Demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in design outputs.
  4. Branding Compliance:
    Ensure all design work is consistent with corporate guidelines and accurately reflects the brand’s identity across all materials.
  5. Creative Thinking:
    Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, offering creative solutions that go beyond the traditional design concepts.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with the project and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts and meet the overall project goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Communications or Interior Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with After Effects, Freehand, and 3D design software (such as SketchUp).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage tight timelines.
