We’re looking for a Creative Group Head (Copy) to lead, inspire, and elevate the agency’s copy craft and creative thinking across key accounts and projects. You are a senior creative leader with sharp instincts, strong conceptual thinking, and an unwavering commitment to craft. You’re as comfortable shaping big ideas as you are refining the smallest line of copy.

As a Creative Group Head, you are a trusted partner to the creative leaders, a steady presence for clients, and a mentor to the next generation of writers. You set the creative bar, ensure consistency in thinking and output, and play a critical role in driving work that is brave, culturally relevant, and strategically sound.

What You Will Be Doing
Creative Leadership & Idea Stewardship
  • Lead and oversee copy‑driven creative work across multiple accounts and projects, ensuring consistently high standards of thinking and execution.
  • Shape and strengthen creative concepts from brief to delivery, with a strong point of view on storytelling, tone, and messaging.
Concept Development & Copy Craft
  • Drive concept development for integrated, social, digital, and brand campaigns, with a clear understanding of how copy performs across platforms.
  • Maintain excellence in copy craft across all touchpoints — from campaign lines and long‑form storytelling to social and tactical executions.
Client Partnership
  • Partner closely with clients, leading creative conversations, presentations, and discussions with confidence and clarity.
  • Act as a trusted creative advisor, balancing bold ideas with commercial and strategic realities.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of copywriters and creatives, providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and ongoing development.
  • Foster a culture of high standards, collaboration, and creative curiosity within the team.
Quality Control & Consistency
  • Ensure creative outputs are aligned with brand strategy, creative vision, and agency standards across all deliverables.
  • Be a guardian of craft, detail, and consistency — pushing work to be better, sharper, and more impactful.
