Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a DFT Engineer with solid experience in Scan, ATPG and Pattern Verification to contribute to advanced semiconductor test flows in Singapore.

You will work with Scan Compression, Wrapper, OCC, and analyse scan timing paths in STA, debugging DRC and performing Test Coverage analysis. The role requires independent ATPG pattern simulation and proficiency with TestMAX and Tessent tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in CPU Architecture and Design for Test is a must.
• Strong motivation for learning and improving Test Coverage.
• Interest in real-world IC design flows and latest semiconductor technology.

Responsibilities

• Debug DFT DRC and perform Test Coverage analysis.
• Independently runs ATPG pattern simulation and debugs failures.
• Analyse Scan timing paths in STA and verify patterns.

• Independently performs ATPG pattern simulation and debugs failures.
• Expertise in TestMAX and Tessent tools.
